Emma Elisabeth was born at 11:45 pm March 17 in Heidelberg Germany!

7 pounds, 19 inches, my daughter, and baby, and her husband all doing well.

And Erica set a hospital record for going from beginning active labor to delivering in 75 minutes!

Actually, she was pretty much following her mother's birth pattern--I had 2 hours of labor with Erica :)

Exactly one month to we fly there!

But what is really awesome is that my oldest daughter's band is performing in Switzerland right now and she is going to Heidelberg on Monday and she will be the first one to meet Emma!

Little Emma was following in her mommy's footsteps: I was only in labor with Erica for 2 hours :)

Except that Erica was 15 days late and Emma was 15 days early!
