Certifiable and Don't Care

So I just bought a gold ticket to VanCon 2011!

I snuck in with a general admission bought at the door on Sunday at 2009 Chicago and saw the boys as tiny specks on the stage. I have a general admission for Sunday and a photo op with Jared (OMG) for this year's Chicago con.

But a f***ing Gold Ticket in the sixth row...in Vancouver...have forgotten how to breath.

I have to get a passport. The last non-visiting family vacation I took was in 1986.

I can barely believe I did this!

And I got sandymg to buy the seat next to me!

To heck with waiting for Christmas, is it next August yet???

I have a friend there, have visited three times, I think. I was there this Aug., a month before Vancon: a post w/ some pictures here. It's an absolutely gorgeous city--and would be even more fun if one saw some gorgeous boys as well!

wowee!! Vancon is certainly the one I would shell out for. Are you a flister of Bardicvoice? She had the most awesome time last year standing about at remote filmings. She got to watch them set up for the scene where Sam and Dean first meet little boy Jesse outside his house. It was the same house as his birth mother's house, but shot at a different angle. She is an Impala enthusiast and was super excited about seeing the Hero car and her standins!! All the set dressing, the crew, etc. and J2 in action!!!

I haven't cut my hair since 1986 (the year I graduated from high school)!!

Very cool, we'll have to keep a watch out for each other. This has been a good day. I have my VanCon tickets, we saw a promo for SPN episode 1, what could make this day better? Oh yea, it could be Sept 24 tomorrow and Not Sept 10.

oh you lucky, lucky lady, VanCon seems to be one of the best cons (what am I saying they are all fab, so long as they have our boys there!) and I have friends who go each time and say how good it is :D :D

I've hooked for Asylum now that Jensen has signed, lol I just have everything crossed now for Jared to do the same, the last time I went (my first and only con in May 2008) he didn't do so until the very last minute slaps my man for worrying me like that

Thanks! It would be interesting to figure how the Asylum cons differ from the Creation cons. The one that was held in Barcelona this year sounded awesome because it was more intimate. Not gonna get 'small' on the North American continent :)
